Décor enthusiast, Sylvia is one of only 2,500 Certified Balloon Artist (CBA) worldwide and the creative force behind Top Balloon breathtaking balloon artistry. The CBA designation is the highest level of accreditation and the only worldwide recognised qualification in balloon art. Sylvia works with a well rounded team of Balloon Decorators who share her dedication and passion. She has grown a business that has worked with lots of wonderful clients both in the private and corporate sector.
Top Balloon officially debut in spring of 2009 in London. In 2016 we have moved business to Switzerland. Top Balloon is specialising in Balloons Décor for all events including life celebrations, weddings and birthdays as well as corporate functions and production promotions. From baby showers to special birthdays, weddings and business promotions Top Balloon will create beautiful and imaginative Décor to suit every celebration over your lifetime. Fun and fashionable, or elegant and exclusive, if you can celebrate it we can decorate it with spirit and style.
